In this online program, we will explore the essential elements in evaluating training and measuring results, while creating a process that is simple for trainers and human resource practitioners to implement.
Setting the Framework
To begin the course, we will explore the three key aspects of the evaluation framework: identifying what you will measure, choosing how you will measure it, and bringing everything together into an evaluation strategy.
In this section, participants will consider strategies for active learning.
Kirkpatrick's Evaluation Model
This section takes an in-depth look at Donald Kirkpatrick's four-stage evaluation model. Program testing and evaluation techniques will also be covered.
The Return on Investment
In this section, the participants will learn how to calculate the return on investment from training and perform a cost-benefit analysis.
Presenting Training Results
The final section will give the participants some tips on presenting results to stakeholders.
At the end of the program, the participants will have an opportunity to mail their queries and fill out an action plan.

Training experience was good. Trainer was very helpful and learnt the techniques of teaching. The only problem was with the restroom as it\'s only one for both genders. Space is also very small. Looking forward to get more such training from the trainer.
The course gathered all the material that we would have probably come across earlier but did not pay much attention to and then layered this is a very efficient and structured layout for easy understanding and to show the importance of this method. Provided a new clarity of thought.
